Arizona Marriage License Information


You may obtain your marriage license at any County Clerks office anywhere in the State of Arizona. These offices are usually located in the county probate court or circuit court. You do NOT have to obtain your license for the county in which you live or in the county were the marriage will be conducted. If your county is not listed below - call information (411) and ask for the number for the "County Clerks Office" where you wish to obtain your license.

In Arizona the fee to receive your license is $50. There is No Waiting Period between applying for your license and receiving your license. In a few states after you receive your license you must wait a short period of time before getting married. Arizona law allows you to get married Immediately after officially receiving your marriage license.
